If Quickflix loads slowly on your Xbox 360 or you are experiencing buffering, blurry video, or frequent stopping and starting while watching a movie or TV show, your internet connection may be unstable.
We have some steps below that will resolve most internet connectivity issues on your Xbox 360.
If you complete the steps below and are still having issues, we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider.
Are you using a public, mobile or satellite internet connection?
If you are on a public network:
- Check with your network administrator to make sure streaming services such as Quickflix are supported and are not blocked.
If you're using a mobile data network or satellite internet:
- If possible, try a different network. Mobile and satellite internet connections commonly have slower connections speeds than ADSL and Fibre connections.
Restart your Xbox 360
Try turning your Xbox 360 completely off, wait for 10-15 seconds, and then turn it back on before trying to stream again. Sometimes a simple restart of your machine can resolve the loading issue.
