If you're unable to select anything, but can still navigate on the Quickflix application, this is generally a controller issue and we advise to try the below steps:
Turn off all controllers connected to your Xbox 360
- Hold the Xbox Guide button in the middle of the Xbox 360 controller for 3 seconds.
- Select Turn Off Controller.
Repeat these steps until all controllers are switched off.
Turn on one Xbox controller
- Hold the Guide button in the middle of the Xbox 360 controller for 3 seconds.
- Once the controller is powered on, attempt to select a movie or TV show.
