If your Samsung device supports streaming for Quickflix, but you're not able to locate the app, you may need to update the software on the device in order to use the Quickflix application.
Once you've confirmed that your device is supported, try these steps:
- Unplug the device from power for 15 seconds.
- After 15 seconds have passed, plug the device back in and turn it on.
- When prompted to upgrade the software on your Samsung device, select Yes.
- Once the download is complete, locate the Quickflix app, download and enjoy.
Alternately, go to Menu > support > software update and follow the prompts.
