I can't save my account updates on the Quickflix website


Problems saving changes to your Quickflix account information are usually caused by one or more add-ons running in your web browser, or it may be due to a browser configuration preventing certain pages on the Quickflix website from loading properly.

Check out the troubleshooting steps below which may help resolve the issue.

Clearing Browser Cookies

Your browser may be referencing an out-dated or corrupted setting in the cookie file.

Internet Explorer

  1. On the Start screen, tap or click Internet Explorer to open Internet Explorer.
  2. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings.
  3. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)
  4. Tap or click Options, and then, under History, tap or click Select.
  5. Select the Cookies check box, and then tap or click Delete.


  1. Open Safari if it is not already open.
  2. Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click Privacy.
  3. Click Details.
  4. Select one or more websites that stores cookies, and then click Remove or Remove All.
  5. When you finish removing websites, click Done.

Google Chrome

  1. Go to 'Tools Menu'
  2. Click on 'Options'
  3. Click on 'Under the Hood'
  4. Under 'Privacy' section select "Show Cookies'
  5. A new 'Cookies' window should open. In here you can see all the cookies within your Google Chrome Browser.
  6. Click on "Remove All" to remove all traces of cookies
  7. If you wish to only remove a certain cookie, simply highlight and click "Remove"


  1. Go to 'Tools' in the menu bar
  2. Click on 'Options'
  3. Click on 'Privacy Tab'
  4. Click on "Clear Now"
  5. Select "Cookies"
  6. Click on "Clear Private Data Now"
