If your mobile appears to be frozen when using the Quickflix application there are a couple of things you can do to try and fix it.
First, you need to try what is known as a 'soft reset'. If you can, take the battery out, put it back in and turn the phone on. If you can't take the battery out, try this instead:
- Press and hold down, at the same time, the Volume (down) and Power buttons (they're on the side of the mobile)
- Continue to hold down both buttons until the mobile turns off, which should take you around 8 seconds
- Turn the mobile back on and it should be working normally
Once you have done the above, try the Quickflix application again and if it does not work, we recommend removing the application and then re-installing it.
How do I free up some memory on my Nokia?
On the start screen, swipe left, and tap Settings > phone storage.
- To check the details of your phone memory, tap phone. To check the details of your memory card, tapSD card.
If you're running out of space, first check for and remove things you no longer need:
Text, multimedia, and mail messages
Contact entries and details
Music, photos, or videos
