The audio on my Samsung device is low

Low audio on your Samsung Smart TV is usually caused by a setting on the device that needs to be adjusted. Alternately, the device may need a firmware update to output audio correctly. 

Adjust speaker settings on your TV

  1. Press Menu on your Samsung TV's remote
  2. Select Sound
  3. Select Speaker Settings
  4. Set Auto Volume to Normal
  5. Try streaming again

Troubleshoot Hardware

  • Bypass any receivers or stereo equipment by connecting your device directly to your TV.
  • If you're using an HDMI cable, try reversing the ends or try a new HDMI cable.
  • If you're connecting via an HDMI cable, try another HDMI port on your TV.

Check Firmware

Please search Samsung's support website for instructions to update the firmware for your Samsung device.
