If your device is having problems staying connected to Quickflix, make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
- Simply try another Internet based application. If you cannot connect to other apps, you will need to troubleshoot your network.
To verify that your Samsung Blu-ray player, TV, or Home Theatre System is connected to the Internet, begin from the Home screen and select Settings > Network > Network Status.
