My account is on "Hold"


There are multiple reasons why we may not be able to bill you, so to ensure that you're aware that there is an issue, we place your Quickflix account on hold.

We recommend contacting your bank in case there is an issue with your account that you're unaware of. 

To take your account off "Hold" you must either rectify the issue with your current payment details with your bank, or update your payment details so that Quickflix can continue to take your monthly subscription payment.
